Join us as we officially welcome CNTR Yoga to the DBR Chamber community with a special ribbon cutting event!
Led by founder Nadia Flodstrom, CNTR Yoga offers intentional, trauma-aware yoga practices in a supportive, welcoming space, as well as welcoming to neurodiversity and people of different abilities. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for mindful connection, this is a great opportunity to get to know a business rooted in heart, health, and healing.
