We are once again, excited to volunteer at the Village of Deerfield 2024 Harvest Fest!
Saturday, September 21, will be filled with food, fun, cars, music and community. The day kicks off with the Village's Farmers Market, followed by the Cruise into Harvest Fest Car Show and concludes with Harvest Fest, featuring live music and delicious food. All three events will be held in Downtown Deerfield on Robert York and Park Avenue. Harvest Fest attracts thousands of residents and visitors each year. This year's Harvest Fest will include live music, various restaurants, a beer and wine tent and a bags tournament hosted by the Deerfield Park District.Schedule of Events, September 21
- 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Deerfield Farmers Market
- 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Car Show - Cruise into Harvest Fest (Register your vehicle here) Entry is Free
- 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Bags Tournament hosted by the Deerfield Park District (Registration link coming soon, must be 16 years of age or older)
- 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Harvest Fest
- 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Beer & Wine Tent (Register through DBR Chamber website to be a volunteer)
- 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Live Music by West End 40
- 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Live Music by Hi Infidelity
Harvest Fest
- Parking is available at the Downtown Deerfield Metra Lots and Lindemann parking lot.
- Food and refreshments available for purchase.
- Beer and wine available for purchase (21 or older).
- To ensure a safe and fun event for everyone: No pets, bikes or smoking.
