Alexis began her career as a law firm associate but has spent the past 10+ years recruiting for some of Chicago’s largest firms. Most recently, she served as the Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting for an AmLaw 100 firm where she hired dozens of partners, as well as numerous lateral associates, and created a robust integration plan that led to increased retention of lateral attorneys.
