You sit down to your computer and start applying to the position on the company website. Of course, you are going to be contacted to set up an interview…right? But instead you get the dreaded email back, letting you know they appreciate your interest but they are looking at other candidates. Or, even worse, you don’t get any response at all.
What happened? How could you NOT get an email to set up an interview? The ATS (Applicant Tracking System) has knocked you out, that’s how. This session will give you the information you need to beat the ATS, to improve your chances of having your resume make it to the next step, the interview. With the tips you will learn from this session you will increase your chances of winning the fight and get noticed.
