Pat began her career as an Army officer\, serving 10 years on active duty\, leading teams in combat and humanitarian operations. Following her military service\, Pat held progressive finance leadership roles in both public and private life sciences companies\, including Eli Lilly\, AstraZeneca\, Hospira\, and Envigo.\n\n\n\nPat is known for her direct communication style and bias for action. As a career coach\, Pat helps clients determine the roles and environments where they can thrive\, and master interviewing and networking skills\, thereby accelerating their campaigns.\n\n\n\nPat is a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors.
