    Job Description
    Now taking applications for a part-time Retail Sales Associate position.
    A minimum of 2 years of experience working directly in a customer
    service environment is required. Retail and office experience preferred.
    MUST have a smiling face and be a people person! Must be able to:
    work independently, thrive in a busy multitasking environment,
    work on their feet for multiple hours, lift 40 lbs regularly without assistance, learn and retain multiple regulations
    and policies, op
    erate multiple office machines, and must possess strong organizational
    and decision-making skills.
    Responsibilities will include:
    Assisting customers in the purchase of retail products
    in our showroom.
    Processing shipping transactions by obtaining customer information,
    weighing, measuring, making packaging recommendations,
    and quoting shipping prices.
    Packaging customer shipments to inbox & more shipping standards.
    Assisting customers in the quoting and ordering of print projects.
    Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in the showroom.
    Handling cash, check, and credit card transactions in the
    computerized POS system quickly and accurately.
    Learning and Operating the U Haul  Truck Rental System.
    laminators, comb binders, etc..
    Communicating effectively with management and customers.
    Basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustment of all machinery
    to ensure proper operating specifications.
    Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work
    environment on a daily basis.
    Presenting a clean and professional image in person
    and on the phone.
    Work effectively with other team members and Owner.

    Ideal Candidates will also possess:
    Familiarity with a packaging and shipping environment.
    A strong background in sales.
