EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

• Full time (minimum 35-40hrs)
• Part time (15-25hrs)

• $15-16/hr and 10% commission on all retail
• 5 sick days paid
• After 1 yr of employment, 1 week unpaid vacation

• Active license to be able to practice in the state of Illinois
• Minimum 2yrs experience in the field

• Paint, clean and cut fingernails and toenails, along with giving hand and foot massages
• Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style
• Able to apply different scrubs, lotions or peels to hands or feet
• Remove previously applied polish
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment as directed by law and established policies and procedures.
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing)
• Upsell products and services to clients
• Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer)
• Knowledge of cosmetology trends

• Active license to practice in the state of Illinois
