    Job Description

    Well-established branding/advertising company in Sky Harbor area of Northbrook is looking for a full-time manager, who is multi-talented, possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with graphic design experience to complement our small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, be creative, analytical, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and operate with a positive attitude. The position will involve both graphic design, and customer communications and support. 
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to building and maintaining customer relationships, conceptualizing and designing signage and other marketing materials, organizing and managing client engagements, social media, and marketing/admin tasks, as well as:

    • Manage all customer communications and relationships from initial call to product delivery.

    • Organize daily activities and tasks for yourself as well as for team members.

    • Produce appropriate job quotes for bids and ensure information is clearly communicated both verbally and in written form to clients.

    • Prepare design proofs for clients and then launch into production

    • Determine best branding solutions through client phone interviews and on-site visits

    • Coordinate all in-house production processes

    • Track sales volumes

    • Meet all project deadlines

    • Work independently as a key team player

     
    Credentials: It would be nice to have graphic design and customer service skills
