    About Us

    Bean's Fitness teaches functional strength training that has an emphasis on a full body approach. Beans Fitness performs assessments, analyzes movement and walking patterns, and overall activity to determine the best method of training. Each private workout is designed to the individual to help with building strength, weight loss, and helping relieve long-term pain through the use of PRI (Postural Restoration Institute). Beans Fitness operates out of a 5,000 sq foot private training facility with another shared space of 20,000 sq ft in conjunction with IHP (institute of Human Performance). Additionally, the gym features a 160ft, 4 lane, state-of-the-art running track that runs through the 20,000 sq. ft facility. If you need a gym that emphasizes your goals Bean's Fitness is for you.
