During this program, attorney Diana Taylor will walk recruits through the onboarding process with an analysis of what their employer seeks to accomplish and seeks to protect against as well as what employees should be seeking in the onboarding process. At the end of the presentation, soon to be onboarded employees will be able to:
1. Understand the goals that an employer should be seeking to accomplish in onboarding
2. Analysis whether their new employer is meeting these objectives
3. Use onboarding to determine the corporate and legal culture of their new employer
4. If onboarding process is insufficient, apply learned strategies to improve their success

About the presenter:
Diana Taylor is an employment attorney who focuses on labor and employment legal issues for employees, small businesses, and mid-size businesses.
