Practical Adjustments: Discover practical steps your business can take to create a more welcoming and accessible space, including clear signage, simplified processes, and training for staff on effective communication strategies.
Building Trust and Loyalty: By being aware of the unique needs of individuals with dementia, you not only demonstrate empathy but also build stronger, more loyal relationships with clients and partners who feel understood and respected.
