2022 Updated COVID policy: All members and guests attending DBR Chamber events will be required to show proof of vaccination. The actual card, a photocopy or digital proof is acceptable.
Members and guests may email their proof of vaccination in advance to [email protected] or show proof of vaccination at the door. In accordance with CDC and State of Illinois guidance, masks are currently required for all participants at indoor Chamber events unless seated and eating and drinking.

Jonathan Katz is a 20-year veteran of the Staffing and Human Capital Management industry where he lead high performing teams at companies like CareerBuilder and Yahoo prior to joining LifeWorking! At CareerBuilder, He was the Vice President of Sales for the staffing and recruiting vertical where he presided over the company’s transformation from job board to enterprise level recruitment platform .
As Chief Revenue Officer at LifeWorking, Jonathan is responsible for leading the company’s future expansion efforts which now include the operation of the Community Innovation Collaborative, a 501c3 built to focus on outcomes aligned with Lake County Economic Development’s Strategic plans specifically related to workforce equity, mentorship, small business growth & resilience and creating pipelines from Lake County students to Lake County jobs.
Originally from Cleveland, OH, Jonathan now lives in Highland Park, IL with his wife and two children.
