    About Us

    The Village of Deerfield is a suburb in Lake County, Illinois, approximately 25 miles north of Chicago, with a small portion extending into Cook County, Illinois. Deerfield was incorporated in 1903 and is governed by the Village of Deerfield. The Village of Deerfield provides services to residents, businesses and visitors including policing, public works, garbage collection, water service and more. With two Metra stations, abundant shops and restaurants and numerous hotels, Deerfield is a great place to live, work and stay.
